Cancellations and Returns/Refund
Birthday Candy team wants you to be 100% satisfied with your Product & our team will assist in all ways possible to resolve your queries for cancellations / returns & refunds .
RETURN POLICY/ GUIDELINES –
- You Can cancel your order any time prior to its shipment by sending an e-mail at Birthdaycandy@gmail.com & your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 working days
- However if the shipment is already done then refund will be processed only after the receipt of goods in its original condition.
- If you have received wrong/damaged or defective product then please feel free to return us back within 7 Days of Delivery .
Note: Please report to us within 24 hours of delivery of wrong/damaged or defective product through email with images of product at email@example.com in & our customer care would help to get the refund/replacement of the product if there is a valid reason. If you are not able to inform us within 24hrs then we shall not be held liable for not replacing or exchanging that order.
- The items should not be opened or used i.e. it should be in original packing with all labels and tags on it.
- The actual shipping & handling charges will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
- The item which has to be returned should be stated on the invoice.
- Please make sure that you use reliable courier service that has tracking option of the shipment as the replacement can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition.
- The company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.
- There are no RETURNS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
- Any refunds may take up to 10 to 12 business days provided your case has been approved & your bank information is correct.
